Under the BAH eTools contract, TQS was awarded the subcontract Option for the Process Order Distribution and Display System (PODDS) sustainment contract. The effort covers the period June 2014 – January 2015. The Option value is $199K.
PODDS is the digital automated system which supports the generation of Process Orders to support unique repairs for the OO-ALC Depot maintenance activities. If a unique repair is necessary and it is not covered by a Technical Order (TO) already, engineers must design and issue a unique repair technical instruction called a Process Order (PO).
The scope of this delivery order includes; the design, coding, integration, testing, delivery and deployment of updated Process Order Development and Display System (PODDS) software within the Hill AFB, Utah, firewall and hosted within the Hill Enterprise Data Center (HEDC); and development and delivery of associated documentation and training for each release; support for Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) documentation generation and processing. The scope of this effort also includes all programmatic and administrative support for the entire effort.
