TQS was awarded a new Phase III Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract to continue sustainment, enhancement and customer support for the Contingency Acquisition Support Model (cASM). This contract will continue the successful use and expansion of this tool which automates the planning, coordination, approval and execution of procurement requirements definition documents. cASM has been used extensively in Contingency Operations and is gaining use in home station purchasing. Originally developed for the Air Force, the majority of use today is with US Army customers. The new contract is for one year of support.
