On 23 April 2018, the Procurement Executive Officer (PEO) declared TQS’s Contingency Acquisition Support Model (cASM) has reached Initial Operating Capability (IOC) in compliance with the cASM Capability Development Document (CDD). cASM is an Acquisition Category (ACAT) III system used by the DoD to initiate, develop, staff and approve standardized contract-ready procurement requirements packages. TQS is very proud to have developed and fielded this important capability for the DoD. The DoD has seen significant decreases in time-to-contract by enabling quicker and more effective procurement of needed materials and services to the Warfighter across the globe through this innovative enterprise system.
