On the 26th of July 2016, TQS was awarded Task Order 5 under the cASM IDIQ contract. The value of the Task Order is $528K.
This Task Order is for continued capability enhancements of the DoD’s Contingency Acquisition Support (cASM) application providing pre-contract award requirements generation and staffing support in overseas contingency operation environments. cASM greatly speeds and enhances the procurement process by providing pre-developed plans, FAR compliant requirements packages and templates, automated digital workflow staffing, and electronic signatures.
This software development effort includes allowing the users more flexibility customizing cASM data to their own circumstances.
TQS is the original developer of cASM. All development work has occurred under a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract.
cASM is fielded and in use, working towards its Initial Operational Capability (IOC) sometime later this year.
