On the 2nd of March 2016, TQS was awarded Task Order 4 under the cASM IDIQ contract. The value of the Task Order is $1.2M.
This Task Order is for continued sustainment of DoD’s Contingency Acquisition Support (cASM) application providing pre-contract award requirement generation and staffing support in overseas contingency operation environments. cASM greatly speeds and enhances the procurement process by providing pre-developed plans, FAR compliant requirements packages and templates, automated digital workflow staffing, and electronic signatures.
This sustainment effort includes on-boarding new DoD organizations, training, help desk and general application support for thousands of Users.
TQS is the original developer of cASM. All sustainment work has occurred under a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract.
cASM is fielded and in use, working towards its Initial Operational Capability (IOC) sometime later this year.
