On September 25th, 2013, Total Quality Systems was selected by the Air Force to continue to provide sustainment and user support for the G200 Defense Repair Information Logistics Systems (DRILS). The prime contract was awarded to ARRAY Information Technology on the Air Force’s mandatory use IT contract vehicle, NETCENTS II, managed out of Gunter AFB, Alabama. ARRAY and TQS teamed to provide the winning solution for this requirement. DRILS has excelled as the Air Force’s enterprise maintenance data collection and reporting tool that captures detailed, serialized maintenance history at depot, intermediate and contract repair activities. It has been used by the Air Force since 2000 to provide specific asset repair history for root cause diagnostic assistance at a repair facility and unique performance analysis reports for supply chain managers. This contract has an initial period of performance of six months, with four one-year options. TQS looks forward to working with ARRAY and continuing to provide this essential support to the U.S. Air Force.
